These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Thrvhub platform, including all courses, resources, and features available at thrvhub.com (“the Platform”). By creating an account or purchasing a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Platform is operated by The Trustee for Impixelated Business Trust (ABN 78 486 812 438), based in Victoria, Australia (“Thrvhub”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on Thrvhub. If you are enrolling a child or young person (a “Student User”), you must be their parent or legal guardian. By creating an account on behalf of a Student User, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and you accept these Terms on their behalf.
Paid course purchases require a valid credit or debit card or PayPal account, which independently confirms that the purchaser is of eligible age.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your account with any other person. Thrvhub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
3. Courses and Content
Thrvhub offers both free and paid courses. All course content — including videos, text, worksheets, PDFs, and any other materials — is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, screenshot, record, or redistribute any course content
- Share your account login or course access with any other person
- Use course content for commercial purposes or in any professional training without prior written consent from Thrvhub
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
All content on the Platform is owned by Thrvhub and protected by Australian and international copyright law. Unauthorised use may result in account suspension and legal action.
4. Payments
Paid courses are priced as listed on the Platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. Thrvhub does not store your payment card details.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal
Where you purchase a subscription or membership, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You will receive a reminder notice at least 7 days before your renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings prior to the renewal date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.
6. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with an individual course purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have completed less than 30% of the course. To request a refund, contact us via our contact page.
Refunds are not available for subscription payments once a billing period has started. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a course you have paid for, please contact us via our contact page and we will work to resolve it promptly.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, course materials, and other intellectual property on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Thrvhub. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in that intellectual property other than the limited personal use licence described in Section 3.
All content on the Platform is owned by Thrvhub. Instructors who create content for Thrvhub assign full intellectual property rights to Thrvhub.
8. Disclaimer
Thrvhub courses are designed for educational and informational purposes. They do not constitute professional medical, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. You should seek qualified professional advice for any specific situation. Thrvhub makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Thrvhub’s liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
