thrvhub is an online learning platform with courses on neurodivergence, inclusive education, and supporting diverse learners. Our courses are built for educators, parents, carers, support workers, and students. We cover autism, ADHD, PDA, sensory processing, school avoidance, anxiety, twice-exceptional learners, and more.

Yes. thrvhub was created by Australian educators and support workers with lived experience in Australian schools and the NDIS framework. Our content reflects the realities of the Australian education system and the families, schools, and services within it.

Yes. Many of our courses are designed with NDIS support workers and education support staff in mind. We cover practical strategies, behaviour support, communication approaches, and how to work effectively alongside families and allied health professionals.

Yes. Creating a free account is quick and gives you immediate access to all free courses, plus the ability to track your progress. You only need to pay if you want to access a paid course or subscription.

thrvhub has courses for three main audiences:

• Students: building confidence, understanding your own learning style, and developing independence

Many learners fit more than one category. Browse by audience or topic to find what's most relevant to you.

Yes. All courses in our Child and Student category are completely free and always will be. A number of introductory courses are also free without a subscription. You can browse all free courses without creating an account.

You can also purchase individual paid courses for $49 each, with lifetime access to that course.

Your subscription gives you unlimited access to every course in your selected library for 12 months. Any new courses we add to that library during your subscription period are included automatically, at no extra cost.

Yes. You can upgrade to the Complete Library at any time. Contact us and we'll help you switch plans.

No. Each account and subscription is for one individual. If multiple people in your team or household want access, each person will need their own account. Contact us if you need information about group or organisational access.

Yes. Every course on thrvhub is fully self-paced. Start and stop whenever you like and pick up exactly where you left off. There are no deadlines or scheduled sessions.

Yes. thrvhub works on any device with a browser, including phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. No app download is required.

For individual course purchases ($49), you have lifetime access. For subscriptions, you have access for as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription lapses, you will need to renew to access those courses again.

Yes. Every completed course includes a downloadable certificate of completion, which you can save to your records or add to a professional development portfolio.

Yes. We add new courses regularly across all audiences. If you're subscribed, any new courses added to your library are included automatically. If there's a topic you'd like us to cover, use the Suggest a Course link on our pricing page.

Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a subscription period.

If you are not satisfied with a course purchase, contact us within 7 days of purchase and have completed less than 30% of the course, and we will issue a full refund. For subscriptions, refunds are not available once a billing period has started, but you can cancel at any time to stop future charges.
