🧡 About thrvehub

Every learner deserves skilled support.

Thrvhub was born from lived experience.

When our founder’s son was diagnosed with autism, it sparked years of study, reading, training — and most importantly,

listening. Listening to him. Listening to what wasn’t working.

Later, stepping into classrooms as an education support worker, it became clear: this wasn’t just about one child.

Countless other students were struggling — not because people didn’t care, but because support wasn’t accessible, practical, or affordable.

Parents were overwhelmed. Teachers were stretched thin. Education support workers wanted to help but didn’t have the training. Students needed strategies that actually worked.

That’s when thrvhub was born: to bridge that gap.

To provide practical training for everyone supporting diverse learners — whether that’s your job, your child, your classroom, or yourself.

Not theory. Not overwhelm. Just practical skills that work in real situations.

✨ Our mission

To provide practical, affordable training for everyone supporting diverse learners — so every student gets the skilled support they deserve.

Not theory for theory’s sake. Real strategies that work in real classrooms and real homes.

Delivered with warmth. Built for real life. Accessible to everyone.

🌱 Our vision

A world where every student with additional needs has access to skilled, confident support — at school and at home.

Where education support workers have the training they need to be genuinely effective.

Where parents understand their child’s learning differences and know how to advocate effectively.

Where teachers have practical tools to reach every student in their classroom.

Where students with learning differences develop confidence, strategies, and self-advocacy skills.

🎯 Who we’re here for

We support:

Parents navigating their child’s learning differences and wanting practical strategies that work at home

Education Support Workers building the skills to support diverse learners with confidence and competence

Teachers managing complex classroom needs and needing differentiation strategies that actually fit into their workload

School leaders wanting to make inclusion genuinely effective, not just policy compliant

Neurodivergent students wanting to understand how they learn best and develop strategies that work for them

Anyone who wants to better support students with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, and other learning differences

Different roles. Same commitment to skilled, confident support.

What makes us different?

We design our courses for the people actually doing the work — not for a generic audience.

Real classroom experience. Our team has worked in schools, supported diverse learners, navigated IEPs and BSPs, managed behaviour, and built genuine inclusion.

Practical, not theoretical. Every strategy can be implemented immediately. No overwhelming theory. No jargon overload. Just what works.

Built for different learning styles. Clear structure, bite-sized lessons, real examples. If you’re supporting diverse learners, you deserve training that respects how you learn too.

Affordable and accessible. Professional-quality training shouldn’t cost thousands of dollars or require weeks away from work.

Different from traditional PD?

Absolutely.

Traditional PD often:

  • Overwhelms with theory but lacks practical application
  • Assumes all participants have the same background knowledge
  • Delivers content in dense, exhausting full-day sessions
  • Costs hundreds or thousands of dollars
  • Provides a certificate but doesn’t build actual skills

thrvhub training:

  • Focuses on strategies you’ll use immediately
  • Meets you where you are, regardless of experience
  • Delivers content in bite-sized, manageable lessons
  • Costs a fraction of traditional PD
  • Builds real confidence and practical competence

No filler. No overwhelm. No jargon.

Just the support you wish you’d had from day one.

Our values
Our values

Respect

Every learner deserves to be understood, not fixed. Every supporter deserves training that respects their intelligence and time.

Practicality

We don’t do theory for theory’s sake. If it doesn’t work in real classrooms or real homes, we don’t teach it.

Accessibility

Quality training shouldn’t require thousands of dollars or existing expertise. We make professional development accessible.

Neurodiversity

Different brains learn differently. We design for neurodivergent learners and build courses that respect diverse learning styles.

Evidence-based practice

Our strategies are grounded in research, refined by real-world experience, and proven to work.

No judgment

Whether you’re a parent feeling overwhelmed, a teacher feeling stretched, or an ESW feeling uncertain — we meet you where you are with respect and practical support.

These aren’t just words. They’re the foundation of everything we do.

How we speak

We keep things:

Warm. Direct. Practical. Honest.

Because you already have enough vague advice and overwhelming theory.

You need clarity, confidence, and strategies that actually work.

We’re warm without being patronising.

Direct without being harsh.

Practical without oversimplifying.

Honest about challenges without being discouraging.

We talk to you like a competent colleague, not a child who needs hand-holding.
